  • A fabulous antioxidant and vitamin cocktail. Made with active Retinol and Retinyl Palmitate and Antioxidants C & E in an elegant serum to help normalize and maintain epidermal cell development.  Prevents degenerative changes that take place in the skin’s aging process. A superb fixative for makeup. An excellent compliment to AHA / Glycolic Acid.

  • Indications
    • To normalize skin functions, which are essential for epidermal cell development and maintenance.
    • To prevent degenerative changes that takes place with the aging process.
    • To achieve a synergistic effect in the skin.

    Directions
    • May use twice daily. Apply several drops to the skin after proper cleansing.
    • Gently massage and pat with fingertips until absorbed. Do not rub into skin.
    • Daytime: After drying, follow with application of sunscreen. Bedtime: Add a moisturizer, if necessary.
    • If using only Vitamin A, use the same protocol position as you have for Glycolic Acid.
    • If using Glycolic acid and Vitamin A, use Glycolic during the day, Vitamin A at bedtime.
    • Always apply a high quality broad-spectrum UVB/UVA sunscreen.

    Warnings

    • External use only. Avoid direct contact with the eyes.
    • Keep out of reach of small children.
    • If irritation lasts for more than two days, discontinue use for a few days and then try again.
    • Wear UVB & UVA Broad-spectrum sunscreen when using serum during the day.
    • Keep away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze or store near very cold areas.

  • Cyclomethicone, Dimethiconol, Retinyl Palmitate (USP), Retinol, Tocopheryl Acetate (USP), Ascorbyl Palmitate (USP), Squalane (from olives) and Avocado Oil. Natural and preservative-free.

    Animal Testing

    A-Cute Derm® does not perform animal testing in any manner. I am not aware of any companies that product and / or distribute products that does any in-house animal testing.

    The question comes up often so let me clarify what the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) requires from the industry.

    All chemical and natural ingredient manufacturers may be required to do animal testing. This may include some government labs. This does not include the actual manufacturers and distributors such as ourselves. The testing is done for the safety of the consumer…This is one of the most critical requirements established by the government for the protection of all people. It can include ingestion issues, toxicity, efficacy, claims that can be made, safety, eye sensitivity, contraindications…. There are companies that create new synthetic ingredients, there are ingredients that other countries would like the U.S. to accept…. These all require specific documentation, clinical support and testing.
